As architects with a wealth of experience in real estate investment, we are capable of assessing properties with respect to their limitations – spatial, economic and legislative.
Acquiring real estate at auction or tender is the most financially advantageous method, costing 25% less on average in comparison with the standard forms of purchase.

Implementation of construction projects
We are primarily architects, but we also have a family construction firm with which we implement some of our projects.
The fact that we plan a given project and know best what the construction needs enables us to have perfect control over the process and quality of construction. In addition to that, we greatly simplify communication and coordination of the investment for the client, who deals from the beginning with only one partner providing the final product as well as architectural planning services.
